At The Lahore City School of Nursing (TLCSN), we follow a transparent and merit-based admission process to ensure that dedicated and deserving students are given the opportunity to pursue a rewarding career in nursing and healthcare.
Application Submission
- Visit the official TLCSN campus or website to collect the admission form.
- Fill out the application form carefully and attach all required documents.
- Submit the completed form before the deadline at the Admissions Office.
Required Documents
- Attested copies of academic certificates (Matric/FSc as applicable)
- CNIC/Form-B of the applicant
- CNIC of father/guardian
- Domicile certificate
- Recent passport-sized photographs (4)
- Medical fitness certificate
- Character certificate from last attended institution
The admissions team will review the submitted documents to ensure the candidate meets the eligibility criteria based on the selected program (BSN, LHV, etc.).
Shortlisted applicants will be required to appear in an entry test conducted by TLCSN. The test will assess basic knowledge in relevant subjects (Biology, English, General Knowledge).
Qualified candidates will be invited for an interview with the academic panel. This helps assess the candidate’s communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the program.
After evaluating academic performance, test results, and interview, a final merit list will be displayed. Selected candidates will receive an admission confirmation call or email.
Once selected, candidates must submit the admission and tuition fee within the given deadline to confirm their seat. Upon payment, the student will receive an official admission letter and ID card.
